We are an online store! We provide fast and safe delivery to your preferred location. We believe in making things convenient by enabling you to purchase on your own terms – shop from the comfort of your home or office at any time of the day (or night) whilst avoiding parking hassles, traffic and wasted time!
Delivery.. ๐
We have strong relationships with key local courier companies which allow us to deliver nationwide in a timely fashion. Delivery of your package can be same day, next day or within 1-3 business days depending on your location, when an order is placed and the delivery service you choose at checkout. Most deliveries are Monday – Saturday.
DELIVERY FEES:
Trinidad–
Standard (1-3 Business Days) – $25
Priority (1-2 Business Days)- $40
Tobago–
Standard (3-4 Business Days) – $40
*N.B: Remote locations may (or may not) take an additional 1-2 business days.
**N.B: Certain hotspot (crime riddled) areas may require the customer to meet our courier in a safe public space (e.g. nearest police station, known landmark etc).

Our payments are FAST & SECURE. Checkout & pay via:
– Visa Debit Card (linx)
– Visa or Mastercard (credit card)
Cash on delivery is available for our Trinidad customers at a delivery fee of $40.
Payment via Linx or Credit Card upon delivery is also an option – simply indicate this to us in Order Notes during checkout!
Tobago.. ๐ด
We provide a robust and reliable delivery service to Tobago via our courier at a flat rate of $40. Most deliveries are within 3-4 business days.
Our Tobago customers can use their Visa Debit (linx) cards at checkout for a safe and simple payment process.
You will get an order confirmation and updates on package delivery status via email once checkout is completed.
Wholesale? ๐ท
Wholesale is an option for select products.

Return policy โฎ
All returns are hassle-free and are accepted as follows:
Defective items:
Whilst all orders are double-quality inspected before sending, if you receive a defective item or an item shows a defect within the warranty period, please:
– send us a picture or short video of the defect, explaining the issue
– re-package the item in it’s original condition and packaging
– a replacement will be sent out to you via courier for an exchange
– if a refund is preferred, it will be processed electronically once the defective item is returned and processed at our warehouse.
Non-defective items:
– The item must be returned re-packaged in it’s original condition and packaging.
– Contact us for an RMA number and warehouse address.
– The item can be sent back to our warehouse via TTPOST at a nominal fee or facilitated via our couriers at a flat rate of $40.
– Once received and processed, a refund to your account is issued electronically. The return of non-defective items incur a 10% restocking fee.
Warranty & Exchange ๐งพ
All purchases are protected against manufacturer’s defects for 14 days. Electronics are warranted for 30 days.
All outgoing orders are carefully tested and double-inspected before dispatch! However, if you receive an item in a defective condition, contact us immediately with pictures and a short description of the issue for a hassle-free and speedy resolution:
